SHIPPING

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes. International shipping is available for eligible products. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on location and will be calculated at checkout.

How are orders shipped?

Physical orders are shipped via FedEx. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information to monitor delivery progress.

How do I get my Ebooks & Audiobooks?

Your digital editions are delivered instantly after checkout via email.

Download links will guide you through reading or listening on your preferred device — no waiting, no shipping delays. If you don’t see your email, check spam or contact us for support.

Will my book be signed?

Select physical editions are personally hand signed by AJ Stevenson. Signed copies will always be clearly indicated in the product listing before checkout.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted only in the case of defective or damaged physical products.

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Do you accept exchanges?

At this time, exchanges are not offered. If your item arrives damaged or defective, a replacement or refund will be arranged upon review.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and item. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
